What questions do we have about the Brewers playoff roster?

On the Microbrew podcast, reporter Curt Hogg discusses the tough choices awaiting the Brewers on the playoff roster

For the seventh time in eight years, the Milwaukee Brewers are in the playoffs.

But the National League Central Division champions will be looking for their first series win since 2018, the year that the run of success began.

The Brewers, thanks to some historic winning streaks during the regular season, are not only the top seed in the National League but also have home-field advantage throughout the playoffs after posting the best record in baseball. The last time the Brewers achieved that feat they advanced to the World Series. Will history repeat itself?

The Brewers’ playoff journey begins on Saturday, Oct. 4, in the National League Division Series. Meanwhile, eight other teams kicked off the postseason with wild-card games. Winners of those series advance to the divisional series in the National and American leagues this weekend with the championship series and World Series to follow later this month.
