Then, it was Sal Frelick’s turn. In Game 1 of the NLCS against the Dodgers, Frelick made an unreal grand-slam-saving play, pulling a ball back but bobbling it off the outfield wall. That ended up as a magical 8-6-2 “ground” into a double play. It’s easier to see it than to believe it.
