Arizona baseball will have a five-game homestand between neutral-site tournaments to open the 2026 season, according to the schedule released Wednesday.
After beginning the season in the previously announced College Baseball Series in Surprise, the Wildcats will face Nebraska Omaha on Tuesday, Feb. 17, in the home opener at Hi Corbett Field. Arizona then will host UConn for a four-game series Feb. 20-23.
The Wildcats close February at the Las Vegas Classic before a four-game homestand that features a midweek game vs. Grand Canyon (March 3) and a three-game series vs. Fresno State (March 6-8).
Arizona plays 29 home games in all. The first Big 12 Conference home series is March 20-22 vs. Texas Tech. The UA hosts Arizona State April 2-4, a Thursday-Saturday series ahead of Easter Sunday.
Arizona faces ASU twice in Phoenix in nonconference midweek games. The first, on March 10, precedes the start of league play at Utah (March 13-15).
