This summer’s game will mark the first time since 2013 that Indianola and Bettendorf have faced off in baseball, according to GoBound. The two programs were scheduled to play last season, but the July contest was canceled.

Indianola beat Bettendorf twice before: a 3-2 decision in 2013 and had a 6-5 win over the Bulldogs in 2011.
