ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Rawlings released the list for the Gold Glove Award finalists Wednesday, and two Red Birds were named.
Cardinals shortstop Masyn Winn and center fielder Victor Scott II were listed as the finalists for the award. This is the second season Winn has been nominated.
Winn finished the 2024-25 season with 21 outs, becoming the first Cardinal to have more than 20 Outs Above Average. He was also the league leader with a .994 fielding percentage.
Scott finished last year with 17 Outs Above Average, placing him third in the MLB at center field and second in the National League. He also finished third in defensive runs saved.
If either one of the Cardinals players win, this will be the first time either of these two have won a Gold Glove.
