The LSU baseball team visited the White House this week, and the Tigers made the most of it. LSU is the reigning king of the college baseball world after capping off a 53-15 season by winning the College World Series over Coastal Carolina.

During the White House celebration, there was one thing that had to be done. And it was.

The Tigers came together to pay homage to the 2020 national championship football team, which included now NFL star Ja’Marr Chase, by recreating the viral “Get the Gat” video.

Now-graduated shortstop Michael Braswell III posted the dance to the Lil Elt song on TikTok, and everyone was eating it up.

Brilliant.

Along with Braswell, the video featured pitcher Gavin Guidry, outfielder Jake Brown, pitcher Kade Anderson, pitcher William Schmidt, catcher Luis Hernandez, and others.

During their visit, the Tigers were honored by President Donald Trump and were given a tour of the U.S. Capitol by two prominent Louisiana congressmen, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson and House Majority Leader Steve Scalise

It’s a moment the players will never forget.
