In response, Kim Ha-sung filed a criminal complaint against him on charges of blackmail at the end of 2023 and filed a lawsuit for a penalty in a civil trial.
On the other hand, Lim filed a civil lawsuit worth 100 million won, claiming that Kim Ha-sung violated his obligation to maintain confidentiality by informing a third party of the agreement, but lost the first trial and the ruling was confirmed.
