The young rookie was in his car with a friend when a group of Yankees fans approached for autographs. As he started signing, one fan shouted, “F*ck Boston!, and without hesitation, Schlittler smiled and replied, “Yeah, F*ck Boston.”
The moment comes just weeks after Cam Schlittler’s dominant eight shutout innings against the Red Sox in the AL Wild Card game. But that game also brought drama off the field.
