Postseason baseball play will continue for Tennessee (43-16) in the NCAA Tournament. The Vols will host a Knoxville Regional at Lindsey Nelson Stadium after advancing to the SEC Tournament semifinals.

NCAA Tournament Knoxville Regional play will be contested Friday-Sunday.

Super regionals are scheduled for June 6-9 and the College World Series is June 13-23 at Charles Schwab Field Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska.

The 16 regional host teams are: Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas, Vanderbilt, Clemson, Coastal Carolina, Florida State, North Carolina, Oregon, Oregon State, Southern Miss and UCLA.

The Vols enter NCAA Tournament play No. 11 in RPI. Tennessee also has the 12th best strength of schedule. The Vols compiled a 29-9 home record in 2025 at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.

2025 Knoxville Regional baseball schedule, seeding

The 2025 NCAA Tournament Knoxville Regional, hosted by No. 14 national seed Tennessee, will take place Friday-Sunday/Monday using a double-elimination format. The Vols will be joined by No. 2 regional seed Wake Forest (36-20), No. 3 regional seed Cincinnati (32-24) and No. 4 regional seed Miami University (35-21) in the Knoxville Regional.

Tennessee will play Miami on Friday at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m. EDT (ESPN+).

The Knoxville Regional winner will advance to face the winner from the Fayetteville Regional, hosted by No. 3 national seed Arkansas (43-13). No. 2 regional seed Creighton (41-16), No. 3 regional seed Kansas (43-15) and No. 4 regional seed North Dakota State (20-32) will also compete in the Fayetteville Regional.
