The Milwaukee Brewers are turning back the clock and reintroducing a powder-blue look into their uniform collection, reminiscent of the team’s road uniforms used from 1970 to 1985.
A team spokesman said the new uniform will replace the gray uniforms as the primary road uniform.

The powder blue returned to prominence in the Brewers’ wardrobe starting in 2023 with the adoption of the City Connect jerseys, though those will also get revamped for the 2026 season.
This new all-blue look, with “Milwaukee” across the chest, will be a more permanent option, along with the team’s navy blue road look and its two home looks — cream and white with pinstripes.

Jacob Misiorowski poses with the new Milwaukee Brewers powder-blue road jersey, an homage to the Brewers teams of the 1970s and 1980s.
“We want this jersey to represent the Milwaukee aesthetic – vibrant, historic and full of character, while also serving as a bridge to the past and present eras of Brewers baseball,” Brewers president Rick Schlesinger said in a team release. “Powder blue is a nostalgic color for baseball fans, and we’ve reimagined it in a way that feels fresh and uniquely ours.”

The jersey will debut on-field during spring training in 2026. Fans can already purchase the jersey beginning Dec. 5 in the Brewers Team Store.
The Brewers will join Tampa Bay and Seattle as teams in MLB that do not use a traditional gray road uniform.
Among the uniform attributes highlighted in the release:
Powder-blue base: A direct callback to Brewers baseball in the 1970s and 1980s, symbolizing iconic moments like multiple MVP seasons and a World Series appearance.
Brewers yellow accents: One of the team’s original colors, representing Milwaukee’s brewing heritage and vibrant spirit.
Navy blue details: A staple since 1994, navy anchors the Brewers identity and appears as an accent on the new jersey, connecting past success with the present era.
Milwaukee wordmark: Boldly displayed across the chest, honoring the team’s responsibility to represent its city with pride on the road.
Custom typeface: A block, slab-serif font inspired by Milwaukee’s industrial roots, reflecting strength and tradition.
