Teams are starting to arrive in Florida for the Winter Meetings, getting ready for a few days of what we hope are transactions that light up the hot stove. That means that there will be trades, maybe a free agent signing or two and everyone’s favorite part of the Meetings, the Rule 5 draft.
For the Phillies, the question is: what do you want to see the team do while in Florida? We are all waiting on the decision of Kyle Schwarber to see what he chooses to do for next four or five years of his career, no one more so that the Phillies themselves. Does that make his signing the top thing that we’d like to come out of the meetings? Alec Bohm has been the subject of trade rumors for the team, this week getting joined by Matt Strahm and his left handed self. Is a trade something the Phillies should be pursuing?
