*PREDICTION*
Following an extremely tough loss in Game 7 of the World Series, the Toronto Blue Jays are now fully focused on winning the title next year. Toronto felt as if they should have won this year, but they came just short of hoisting up the trophy for the first time in over 30 years.
The Blue Jays already landed ace pitcher Dylan Cease in a massive free agent deal this winter, giving their starting rotation much more depth for the season. But Toronto isn’t expected to stop there, and the front office has reportedly been planning on going after anotehr big splash this offseason.
Nobody knows how this will ultimately look, but it does seem as if the Blue Jays aren’t messing around after coming so close to winning the World Series. This team does have a solid core in place, and they finally put it all together this past season in getting to the final stage.
However, Toronto could use another bat for the lineup, giving them a much better shot at winning it all. The front office understands this, and they have been looking into some of the bigger names available.
But how the Blue Jays go about this remains to be seen, and could determine the ceiling of this team next year. Toronto has big plans, and with that comes the potential to add multiple All-Stars to the mix.

Alex Bregman Lands With Toronto Blue Jays
One name that could make a lot of sense for the Blue Jays this offseason is veteran infielder Alex Bregman, who has been one of the hottest names on the open market. Bregman is coming off a very successful season with the Boston Red Sox, and there have been multiple teams looking to sign him.
The veteran still has some strong zip in his bat, and he helped the Red Sox reach the postseason this past year. For the season, Bregman hit .273 with 18 home runs and 63 runs batted in.
Toronto has been rumored to be interested in landing the veteran infielder, and the team could use an upgrade at the hot corner. If the Blue Jays were to add Bregman to this roster, it could be the move to take them over the top in their quest to win it all.
Bregman knows what it takes to win at the highest level, having won two World Series titles while with the Houston Astros. This would also see Bregman be reunited with outfielder George Springer, who also won a title with the Astros.
Toronto could use the addition to the lineup, giving them even more of a lethal unit to throw at opposing teams next season and beyond. Bregman could be the missing piece for the Blue Jays, and signing him would show that this team is fully serious about winning.
