WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Baseball fans can now start planning their Spring Training schedules.
CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches, the Spring Training home of the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals, released single-game tickets to the general public at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Opening Day is set for Saturday, Feb. 21, at 1:05 p.m., when the Nationals host the Astros in a matchup that marks the official start of the Major League Baseball Spring Training season in West Palm Beach.
Fans can expect a busy slate this spring, with 31 games in 30 days scheduled at CACTI Park. The Astros and Nationals will welcome seven other Grapefruit League teams to West Palm Beach, including the Philadelphia Phillies, Pittsburgh Pirates, New York Yankees, Baltimore Orioles, New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals, and Miami Marlins.
In addition to Spring Training games, CACTI Park will also host Team Venezuela for two World Baseball Classic exhibition matchups during the season.

Several elite players are expected to take the field, including nine-time All-Star José Altuve of the Astros and Nationals Silver Slugger finalist James Wood. With new leadership, dynamic lineups, and emerging young talent, both teams enter the 2026 Spring Training season with renewed energy.
The Spring Training schedule runs from Feb. 21 through March 22, featuring marquee matchups, new promotional nights, and fan-favorite ballpark food offerings.
