The Toronto Blue Jays might be off the field at the moment, but the team — along with their wives and girlfriends, or WAGs — are making the most of the offseason. Between various romantic milestones and sun-filled group trips, winter is hardly a quiet time for the group.
Most recently, Bo Bichette and his significant other, Alexis, have been making headlines. The pair reportedly got married during the first weekend of January, and, while they have yet to comment publicly about tying the knot, they celebrated alongside many other Jays and WAGs.
While the World Series wrapped with a devastating loss for the Jays against the Los Angeles Dodgers earlier in November, the team is getting ready for a fresh new year. On one hand, that means signing star players like Japanese slugger Kazuma Okamoto, but on the other, it means enjoying the colder months and resting up for what’s hopefully another historic run for the Canadian team in 2026.
Below, find out what we’ve learned the Jays and their WAGs have been up to in recent weeks. From weddings and engagements to vacations down south, catch up with everything these stars have been doing as of late.
Bo Bichette’s wedding
Earlier this week, some WAGs of Jays stars posted about Bichette’s wedding. Taylor North Gausman, who’s married to pitcher Kevin Gausman, took to Instagram to share a couple of snapshots of herself and Gausman with the caption: “Loved celebrating Mr. and Mrs. Bichette!”
The Toronto Star also reported that a few of the WAGs shared insights from the event on their Instagram Stories, including Chris Bassitt’s wife, Jessica, who shared a photo with her fellow WAGs with on-screen text that read, “Celebrating the Bichettes with some of my favourite people.” Kara Maxine Bieber, wife of Shane Bieber, also shared an Instagram Story with other WAGs, posing in front of a white plane and writing “better together” on the post.
The wife of pitcher Brendon Little, Emily, also shared a few photos from the night on social media, including snapshots of herself and Little dressed in formalwear. She captioned her own post with: “Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Bichette!”
While the Bichettes have typically been private with their personal lives, some posts on Jays fan pages also confirm the duo tied the knot. Pictures attributed to Stefanie Brejcha, partner of Ernie Clement, showed the Bichettes getting married in a sunny location with a meal held at Florida restaurant called The Urban Stillhouse in St. Petersburg.
St. Barts group vacation
Following the Bichette wedding over the weekend, several of the WAGs posted about their trip to Saint Barthelemy in the Caribbean. For one, Marissa Hoffman took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to share a couple sneak peeks into the trip, including one video of an infinity pool moment where she tagged multiple people, including the Gausmans, Jessica Bassitt as well as Max Scherzer and his wife.
Kara Maxine Bieber also shared a look into the friend’s trip by posting several photos of herself posing in a floral two-piece outfit and some group shots. Kara’s post included the caption, “Made [it] out the group chat.”
The Biebers enjoy Montana, California
Kara often takes to social media to share tidbits of her life, and over the past couple of months, she’s given her followers a look inside two family trips: one to California in November and another to Montana in December.
She shared a carousel of photos of herself, Shane and their son, Kav, enjoying the sun in Newport Beach, Calif.. A month later, she shared another collection of snapshots from a wintery Montana getaway they took to a ski lodge in Big Sky.
The Bassitts take in Nashville
In mid-November, Jessica Bassitt shared a carousel of pictures taken during a weekend she spent in Nashville with her husband, pitcher Chris Bassitt, and some of her loved ones.
“A weekend in Nashville with some of the best people after a week at PAO with some of the best people,” Jessica captioned a November 2025 post. “So grateful for every person that has been placed into my life — we are so blessed. Now, time to hibernate.”
Braydon Fisher gets married
Pitcher Braydon Fisher shared a major life milestone in November 2025 by announcing that he tied the knot with this “best friend,” Brianna.” He shared a picture of himself embracing his new wife in front of a vintage Cadillac, while she made her own post with a carousel of pictures from the wedding.
“Married my best friend last night!” Fisher captioned his post. “11.13.2025 [to] eternity. Beyond grateful for all of our family and friends that showed up and showed out to celebrate our special moment.”
Trey Yesavage gets engaged
That same day, pitcher Trey Yesavage shared that he proposed to his partner, Taylor Frick, on Nov. 13. The couple made a joint Instagram post, including intimate photos of the beachside proposal Yesavage coordinated.
“11/13/25,” they captioned their post, which showed Yesavage getting down on one knee and a close-up of the ring. “In this lifetime & the next, it will always be you.”
The Springers reunite with family at a wedding
Charlise Springer, the wife of outfielder George Springer, marked November with a special family moment. On Nov. 11, she shared several photos of herself attending her sister-in-law Lena’s wedding.
“Such a special day celebrating two of my favourite people. Love you both so much,” she captioned a post, which also featured photos of herself posing with her brother Andre, the other bridesmaids and the happy newlyweds. She also included the hashtag, “#TheMedinas,” in her post.
