Fantasy Impact:
Cleavinger has been sensational after arriving in Tampa at the trade deadline in 2022. In parts of four seasons with the Rays, the lefthander has pitched to a 2.96 ERA with 192 strikeouts in 152 innings. He has also saved eight games in the past two seasons. With Pete Fairbanks now with the Marlins, Cleavinger may be a favorite to become the new closer in Tampa Bay.
