Television and streaming rights for Major League Baseball are changing frequently, and in 2026, you’ll be able to find the Atlanta Braves featured on NBC and Peacock exclusively a handful of times.
One big change: Sunday Night Baseball has transitioned from ESPN to NBC. That is a welcome change in my humble opinion, and it seems like NBCUniversal is throwing resources at the product to offer a much better presentation than we have seen in recent years elsewhere. Apple TV will also continue to carry Friday night games each week.
As for the Braves, they will be featured on Sunday Night (or day) Baseball four times.
April 12 – Guardians @ Braves (NBC and Peacock)
April 19 – Braves @ Phillies (Peacock only)
July 5 – Mets @ Braves (NBC and Peacock; start time is 12:30 p.m.)
September 6 – Braves @ Phillies (NBC and Peacock; start time is 3:00 p.m.)
A full rundown of the schedule from NBC Sports can be found here.
As for the entirety of the Braves’ 2026 TV schedule, things are in limbo at the moment. The Braves will be televised and streamed somewhere this upcoming season, but it will be something of a mad dash to opening day as the club terminated its contract with FanDuel Sports Network this week. More to come.
