Fantasy Impact:

Falter struggled with the Royals after being acquired at last year’s trade deadline, pitching to a 11.25 ERA in 12 innings before missing the last month of the year with an injury. The lefthander has a 4.58 career ERA with the Phillies, Pirates, and Royals. He will compete for a rotation spot on the Royals’ opening day roster during the spring.
