RedsFest is back in Cincinnati after a two-year hiatus.

Renovations at the Cincinnati Convention Center — previously known as the Duke Energy Convention Center — have put a pause on Reds Fest since December 2023. RedsFest will be the first event held at the newly renovated convention center.

City leaders praised the renovation during a Jan. 7 ribbon cutting, saying it reshapes the area into a premier destination for large-scale meetings, events and tourism.

“You look at the jewel we’re cutting the ribbon on today, and you will see exactly why we are so confident about Cincinnati’s future,” Mayor Aftab Pureval said during the ceremony.

RedsFest is an off-season event that allows Big Red Machine fans to meet current and former players, snag autographs and peruse rare team memorabilia. 

Current players slated to attend RedsFest include Andrew Abbott, Elly De La Cruz, TJ Friedl, Hunter Greene, Ke’Bryan Hayes, Noelvi Marte, Matt McLain and more. Former players Bronson Arroyo, Tucker Barnhart, Sean Casey, Todd Frazier, Danny Graves and others are scheduled to attend. Live music from Arroyo is also on the schedule, along with a live recording of the Jim Day podcast.

Kid-friendly events and games will span three floors of the convention center, including batting cages, trampolines, kids story times with players and photo opps with Reds mascots. 

RedsFest kicks off Friday from 3-10:30 p.m. Saturday’s events start at 11 a.m. and last until 6:30 p.m. Single-day and two-day tickets are on sale through the Reds’ website. Tickets can also be purchased at the convention center.
