The Los Angeles Dodgers held on to beat the New York Mets 7-5 in extra innings Friday night at Citi Field. That of course meant the bullpen played a key factor in the victory, an indication the Dodgers will look for a solid start from Tony Gonsolin, who will be on the mound Saturday.

The Dodgers lineup will face Mets left-handed pitcher David Peterson in the second game of the series. Therefore, Michael Conforto is out of Saturday’s lineup and the Dodgers will have Andy Pages shift to left field. Tommy Edman will be in the outfield for Saturday’s game, and Miguel Rojas will get the start at second.
Rookie catcher Dalton Rushing will make the fourth start of his Major League career against the Mets.
