Milwaukee Brewers

MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers are the latest professional sports club to cut ties with Main Street Sports Group, the cash-starved owners of FanDuel Sports Network stations nationwide.

Games will be produced and distributed by Major League Baseball through the MLB.tv streaming package. The team will also offer Wisconsin cable companies a dedicated channel that will carry the games live, along with evening replays of daytime games. Meaning fans will be able to access the games either through a streaming subscription or their local cable provider.

Further details, including a list of local cable companies and channel assignments, will be announced later.

The team also notes that all 162 regular-season games will be available through local distribution or Major League Baseball’s national TV partners: ESPN, FOX, NBC, and TNT Sports.

Monday’s announcement has no impact on WSAU’s ability to carry the Brewers this season. All games will be available on WSAU AM and FM, with spring training games and select regular season games on 93.9 The Game.
