KANSAS CITY, Mo. — We may not know just yet where the Kansas City Royals will be playing in 2031, but we do know where you can watch them in 2026.

The Royals announced on Monday that all of its games will be broadcast on a new streaming service called Royals.TV.

This comes after the Royals terminated their contract with FanDuel Sports Network and its parent company, Main Street Sports Group.

“We are excited about moving over to major league baseball. they have built a team to support local teams and thier local efforts,” the team president of business relations, Cullen Maxey said. “They have all the relationships we need.”

According to the Royals website, fans can watch Royals.TV on cable, satellite or in the MLB App.

Streaming packages will be available at a discounted rate of $99.99 per year or $19.99 per month, and subscriptions for the 2026 season will be available later in February.

“What they give us is stability and growth in what is a volatile time in the broadcasting industry,” Cullen added. “The most exciting part is their digital platform. Their direct to consumer platform we will launch with them Royals.TV”

The Royals say subscribers who travel outside the team’s home territory are still subject to other teams’ blackout restrictions.

Out-of-market fans can watch Royals games with an MLB.TV subscription for $149.99 per year.

The team says the same broadcast team will be calling games, including Ryan Lefebvre on play-by-play, analysts Rex Hudler and Jeremy Guthrie, and Joel Goldberg and Royals Hall of Famer Jeff Montgomery on pre- and postgame coverage.
