The Milwaukee Brewers announced that they will be leaving FanDuel Sports Network and will broadcast games through Major League Baseball for the 2026 season.Games from this season will be produced and distributed by MLB, making games available to in-market fans on cable, satellite TV and through the MLB direct-to-consumer platform, the team announced.“Moving to MLB’s platform marks an exciting evolution for how our fans experience Brewers baseball away from the ballpark, through both traditional broadcast television and via streaming options,” said Brewers President of Business Operations Rick Schlesinger. “The consistency and quality of that experience in many ways will be enhanced. In addition to wide linear broadcast distribution on cable and satellite throughout the Brewers home television territory, MLB has built one of the most successful and reliable streaming ecosystems in all sports. Viewers will enjoy new production elements and features not previously available on broadcasts.”According to the Brewers, fans within the team’s home television markets will have the option of watching games on cable, satellite or streaming through MLB.TV.The team will still have pregame and postgame shows for each locally produced broadcast.“Obviously it’s important to us. We want people to understand, what they’re about to see, and we like people to wrap and describe what they’ve seen. The fans will see that opportunity with no question about it,” Schlesinger said.Information on cable and satellite providers, including specific channel locations, will be announced at a later date.Fans will be able to purchase a Brewers streaming subscription through MLB.com or the MLB app when packages go on sale in February. The subscription price is set to be finalized soon.
