TAMPA TRAFFIC |Â Expect increased traffic in downtown Tampa this weekend. The annual Knight Parade is in Ybor City at 7 p.m. This means that 7th Avenue will be closed before and after the parade. In addition, there are events throughout the weekend at Curtis Hixon Park and the Convention Center. Looking ahead to next week, part of Grand Boulevard in New Port Richey will be closed on Monday. Starting at 7:30 a.m., the road will be closed in both directions between Tennessee Avenue and Georgia Avenue for utility work. It iss expected to be reopen by the end of the day.
