Liam Hicks (Marlins C/1B)
– 1 for 2, singled in 4th inning Sunday in spring opener.
– Selected by Canada to play in 2026 World Baseball Classic
– Hit .247 in his rookie season with 6 home runs and 45 RBI
Tyler Zuber (Marlins P)
– Struck out 3, allowed 1 walk Sunday in first appearance of the spring.
– Earned non-roster invite to Spring Training on January 29th.
– Appeared in 10 games for the Mets and Marlins in 2025. 14 K in 12 innings of work, allowed 17 hits and 15 earned runs. Had stretch of 8 scoreless innings across 5 appearances in August.
