Mets fans were boisterous and more than ready for the first spring training home opener for 2026!
They packed Clover Park in Port St. Lucie Feb. 21 wearing their orange and blue and loudly cheering their favorite players.

Although they lost to the Miami Marlins 2-1, the fans didn’t mind, as they stocked up on hot dogs, beer, and other ball park favorite foods.
They play at home Feb. 25 against the St. Louis Cardinals at 1:10 p.m. Their last game for spring training at home is March 21; their last spring training game is March 22 against the Miami Marlins at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter.
The regular season home opener is March 26 at 1:15 p.m. against the Pittsburgh Pirates at Citi Field in Queens, New York.
