On Thursday, in an interview with MLB Network Radio on Sirius XM, Springer spoke about sharing the leadership role on the team with Guerrero.

“I’m a little bit louder which is hard to believe because he’s extremely loud,” Springer said in part.

Springer explained that Guerrero sometimes looks to him to amplify messages to get the points across better to the entire team. He said that this chemistry between the two team leaders has helped the Blue Jays become the team they are today.
