Hey, I’m Joe Rutledge with Dodgers Roundtable for Roundtable Sports.

When the Los Angeles Dodgers break camp at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, Arizona, they’ll be heading into opening day with, of course, outfielder Kyle Tucker on the team.

Tucker came to the Dodgers after signing a big crazy contract in the off-season.

He played one season with the Chicago Cubs after he played a few seasons with the Houston Astros, winning a World Series championship with the ball club, making the final out, actually called the final out from the Phillies’ Nick Castellanos to clinch the twenty-twenty-one World Series title for the Astros.

Tucker though now comes to the Dodgers, and he’s gonna be He’s a player that’s getting used to the new environment right now.

He’s wh– He’s a guy that is very professional about his work, goes about his work very carefully and does focus on executing in the field and at the plate consistently.

One thing about Tucker, though, is his health.

It’s been pointed out before.

He’s, he’s had health issues in the past, and he’s hopefully trying to work on staying healthy right now, getting in shape for the upcoming season during spring training.

He’s so seen limited action in spring training right now.

He only has one hit, and he has three walks as well.

But Tucker is going about his business trying to get ready for the upcoming season.

The Dodgers signed Tucker in hopes of improving their outfield situation, and with Tucker coming aboard, they do actually do help that a lot.

And when Tucker is healthy, he’s one of the toughest and strongest left-handed hitters in all of baseball.

And when he’s dialed in, King Tuck can really deliver a lot.

And on defense, he’s really pretty good in the outfield, and he’s shown flashes of brilliance during his time with the Astros, of course, and with the Cubs too.

So the Dodgers got a pick up on defense with Tucker signing, and they got a great left-handed hitter at the plate when he’s on his game.

So King Tuck will put his crown on and hopefully wear it proudly along with his Dodger blue uniform as he gets ready for the twenty twenty-six Major League Baseball season.
