The Milwaukee Brewers are bringing deep-fried kringle, cream puffs, smokehouse BBQ and more from local vendors to American Family Field for the 2026 season

With the Milwaukee Brewers’ opening day coming soon, the team is already tempting taste buds with summertime favorites to go along with any visit to the ballpark this upcoming season. In a news release, the team is announcing new foods and drinks that are “Milwaukee-inspired,” with both sweet and savory selections. They are making the announcement in advance of the 2026 season, which begins with the home opener between the Brew Crew and the Chicago White Sox on Thursday, March 26. The club promises a tip of the ball cap to favorites that might seem more like something we’d find at the Wisconsin State Fair. There will be a new “Fair Foods” stand with a menu that includes selections such as deep‑fried kringle, corn dogs, cream puffs and nachos on a stick. The Brewers say they want to partner with local businesses and culinary brands in Milwaukee. For example, 3rd Street Market Hall Annex will expand, adding Bebe Zito to the lineup with chicken sandwiches, tenders and fries, along with their signature “chicken ice cream,” a sweet Carmelia chocolate core surrounded by butterscotch and caramelized corn flakes in the shape of a chicken drumstick. The baseball club is also adding K & L’s BBQ to the “Alley Food Truck Park” and will offer pulled pork, brisket burgers, and pulled pork and brisket loaded fries. At concession stands, fans will be able to sample cheesesteaks in the Field Level kiosk, a “Sticky Maple Chicken Sandwich” at chicken stands and a new “Al Pastor Topped Dog” at the Topped Dog stands.
