A pair of players in the Phillies organization were named to the 2026 World Baseball Classic All-Tournament team.

Pitcher Aaron Nola, who has played his entire 11-year MLB career in Philadelphia, allowed just one run in his two starts (9 IP) to help Italy win Pool B and reach the WBC semifinals.

A surprise selection was Italy’s Dante Nori who finished the 2025 season as a member of the Reading Fightin Phils. The 21-year old outfielder batted .400 and drove in six runs in the tournament.
