(Baltimore, MD) — The Minnesota Twins were defeated by the Baltimore Orioles 2-1 at Opening Day from Camden Yards. Kody Funderburk was charged with the loss out of the bullpen after allowing the go-ahead run in the bottom of the seventh. Joe Ryan struck out seven and allowed just one hit in five-and-a-third scoreless innings. The 0-and-1 Twins return to action with a game against the Orioles tomorrow.
