The Chicago Cubs wrap up a three-game series with the Washington Nationals on Sunday afternoon. The Cubs lost the season-opener on Thursday, 10-4, but they were much better on Saturday and evened the series with a 10-2 victory. Cade Horton picked up the win, as he pitched 6.1 innings of two-run ball. Miguel Amaya and Ian Happ hit home runs to support Horton. Sunday, the Cubs will send Shota Imanaga to the mound. Imanaga was great in his first season with the Cubs in 2024, but struggled at the end of last season. He gave up a lot of home runs and finished the season 9-8 with a 3.73 ERA.
