KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Royals are making sure fans across the Kansas City community get to experience the magic of the ballpark all season long through the Community Ticket Program.
“This is one of my favorite programs because it allows us to donate tickets to people who otherwise may not be able to attend the game.,” said Royals Community Impact Administrative Coordinator Olivia Stevenson. “The goal is to create lifelong experiences, and lifelong Royals fans!”
Through an online form, which can be found here , organizations can request 20-200 tickets for up to six games throughout the regular season.

“Larger groups will usually be in the upper deck, just due to ticket availability. And groups that have ADA needs or trouble stairs are usually in the outfield,” Stevenson said. “All of our groups are really incredible. I always love when an organization will send photos afterwards.”
Once school is out in the summer, local kids are pretty much always in the stands, thanks to the program, to cheer on their Boys in Blue louder than anyone else in the park.
“So we work a lot with the Urban Youth Academy, and their athletes get to come to games all the time, which is super fun. We also work with organizations such as, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Clubs, and they’re always able to come to the game,” said Stevenson.

For the Royals’ Home Opener, those holding the American flag on the field pregame during the National Anthem from the Whiteman Air Force Base received the tickets.
