Michael Soroka, whom the Braves will likely see when the team heads to Arizona to face the Diamondbacks for four games after completing their current series with the A’s, tossed and immaculate inning last night.
The former top Braves prospect and 2019 All-Star fanned three Tigers batters on nine pitches in the fifth inning.
Soroka signed with Arizona this past offseason to get a chance to start. He last pitched with the Braves in 2023.
