(Kansas City, MO) — The Minnesota Twins had just four hits during a 3-1 loss to the Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium. The Twins got on the board first when Matt Wallner went deep in the top of the second, but the Royals took the lead for good in the next half-inning. Simeon Woods Richardson was charged with the loss after surrendering two runs on five hits in five innings. The 1-and-3 Twins take on Kansas City again tomorrow night.
