Guardians Win Series Opener Versus The Dodgers In L.A.

Parker Messick led the Cleveland Guardians to a 4-2 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers at Chavez Ravine.

Messick started and earned the win after tossing five strikeouts through six scoreless innings.

Steven Kwan was 3-for-5 with a run scored and an RBI, while Daniel Schneemann drove-in a pair of runs.

The Guardians avoided a second straight loss to improve to 3-and-2.
