Zach Eflin suffered an apparent injury during Tuesday’s game against the Texas Rangers. The Baltimore Orioles’ starter exited the game with a trainer in the fourth inning.
Zach Eflin is coming out of this game. Not sure what happened but Orioles trainers came out and he’s headed to the clubhouse with two outs in the fourth after a short convo on the mound.

There isn’t a definitive reason for his exit, but Eflin left the game after throwing a curveball with two outs in the fourth inning. Grant Wolfram entered the game in relief.
It’s a tough break for Eflin, who had multiple injured list stints last year. He struck out seven through 3.2 innings in his 2026 season debut.
