From magic shows to jazz performances, Dallas-Fort Worth residents have plenty of events to choose from this week.

Residents can enjoy a jazz performance by musician Tanner Linscott and a menu by chef Scott McKinnon, “Scotty Mac,” from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday at StarrStruck Studio Gallery. Spots cost $150 and can be reserved by texting the StarrStruck Studio Gallery’s number.
Watch Darci Lynne and her puppet friends take the stage at 7:30 p.m. April 9 at Arlington Music Hall. The event will feature comedy and musical performances and a VIP meet and greet option. Tickets start at about $33, and doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Arlington Improv is hosting a night of family magic and comedy for guests of all ages at noon Saturday. The event will include illusions, juggling and audience interaction. Tickets start at $30.89, and doors open at 11 a.m.
Art, music and food will be available at the Deep Ellum Community Arts Fair from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at Crowdus Street. The event transforms the street into a place for celebration of art and music, featuring numerous artist booths, activities, live music performances and more. The fair is free to attend.
Music
Australian rock duo Air Supply will be performing hits such as “Lost in Love” and “All Out of Love,” at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Arlington Music Hall. Tickets start at $81.98, and doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Sports
Baseball fans can see the Texas Rangers return to the diamond in their home opener game against the Cincinnati Reds along with foods and drinks at 3:05 p.m. Friday at Globe Life Field. Tickets start at about $88, and doors open at 1:35 p.m.
