Left-hander Joey Cantillo draws the assignment on Friday for Cleveland after struggling on Saturday against the Mariners, allowing two runs on four hits with three walks and five strikeouts while needing 91 pitches in 3.2 innings. Right-hander Cade Horton is the tentative starter for Chicago after earning the win with 6.1 innings against Washington on Saturday, allowing two runs on four hits.
