Week 8 of the 2026 college baseball season concluded Sunday for Southeastern Conference teams.
In Week 8, Tennessee defeated Austin Peay, 13-4, in a nonconference matchup at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. The Vols also hosted a three-game series against LSU. LSU won the series, 2-1.
The Tigers won their first series in Knoxville since 2016.
Tennessee will next play on Tuesday against Northern Kentucky. First pitch is slated for 6 p.m. EDT at Lindsey Nelson Stadium (SEC Network+). The Vols will also play at Mississippi State for a three-game series in Week 9.
