Colorado: Among a handful of pitchers on the shelf, LHP Jose Quintana is on the 15-day with a right hamstring strain. OF/INF Tyler Freeman is day-to-day with lower back soreness, while DH Kris Bryant has no timetable while managing lumbar degenerative disk disease.
San Diego: RHP Jason Adam (quad) likely made his last rehab appearance out of Triple-A El Paso’s bullpen on Wednesday, throwing two shutout innings. He could be activated as soon as Friday after a recovery day on Thursday. LHP Yuki Matsui (groin), RHP Matt Waldron (surgery) and INF Sung-Mun Song are also rehabbing with El Paso. RHP Joe Musgrove (Tommy John) hasn’t progressed past playing catch since his spring setback.
