In the bottom of the third inning of Friday’s game against the Philadelphia Phillies, Diamondbacks catcher Gabriel Moreno was replaced by James McCann. There’s been no official word of why he was removed.

Prior to exiting, Moreno went 0-for-1. Since he exited the game prior to his second at-bat, Moreno is eligible for DraftKings’ Early Exit program.
