On Tuesday night, the Boston Red Sox hosted the New York Yankees at Fenway Park for their first meeting of the season.

The Red Sox lost by a score of 4-0.

Following the game, Ari Alexander of 7News Boston WHDH reported that the Red Sox are making a roster move.

Alexander’s first post: “Source: The #RedSox have optioned RHP Jack Anderson to Triple-A.”

Alexander’s second post: “The Red Sox are calling up Puerto Rican LHP Eduardo Rivera Dominant in Double-A this season, but hasn’t pitched above that level.”
