(Minneapolis, MN)–The Minnesota Twins swept the Atlanta Braves following their 6-4 victory yesterday (Wednesday) at Target Field.
For the Twins, Kody Clemens led the way at the plate after going 2-4 with three RBI. Josh Bell, Byron Buxton, and Brooks Lee also drove in runs. Reliever A.J. Minter got the win in relief.
The Twins have won three straight and currently hold the final American League Wild Card spot at 63-65 on the season.
Minnesota is off tonight and will visit the San Diego Padres for a three-game Interleague series that starts tomorrow in San Diego. First pitch is at 8:40 p.m.
