BOSTON — As the Red Sox settle into their new existence of having all three of their “Big Three” prospect trio in the majors, they’ll start all three players again Tuesday against the Rays.

In his second-ever big league game, Roman Anthony — donning a new uniform number — will once again hit fifth and play right field against Tampa Bay righty Ryan Pepiot. Manager Alex Cora said he expects Anthony to play right field most of the time with Wilyer Abreu (oblique strain) out. Behind Anthony is No. 7 hitter Marcelo Mayer, playing third base and second baseman Kristian Campbell in the No. 8 spot.

The only change from Monday’s lineup is that Carlos Narváez, not Connor Wong, is catching. Narváez is hitting cleanup behind No. 3 hitter Abraham Toro.

The Red Sox, who lost the series opener in extra innings, enter the day four games under .500 at 32-36. They’ll look to get a win behind starter Lucas Giolito, who is aiming to bounce back from a rough outing last time out against the Angels (he allowed 7 earned runs in 1 ⅔ innings). Giolito has a 10.47 ERA in four starts at Fenway this season.

First pitch is at 7:10 p.m. ET.
