Blue Jays starting pitcher Bowden Francis is second in the league in home runs allowed with 19 and is bolstering a 6.12 ERA, all while also issuing 3.6 walks per nine innings.<\/p>\n Pick: Phillies Run Line -1.5 +125 (Greg\u2019s Handicap Phillies -1.5 -111)<\/p>\n 4:10 PM Eastern<\/p>\n St. Louis Cardinals vs. Milwaukee Brewers<\/p>\n Cardinals starting pitcher Andre Pallante owns a 4.75 ERA with only 5.9 strikeouts per nine innings and 1.4 home runs per nine innings allowed. Twins starting pitcher Joe Ryan comes in having let up at least three total runs (earned and unearned) in three of his past four starts and has struggled with allowing hard contact on the road.
