Triangulated between Globe Life and AT&amp;T Stadium (home to the Cowboys), One Rangers Way is \u201cstrategically placed within Arlington\u2019s Entertainment District,\u201d offering residents a \u201c\u2018clubhouse-level\u2019 living experience.\u201d Since opening its doors this spring, the $100M project \u201calready has over 80% of its units already leased.\u201d The eight-floor, 300-unit building is the \u201cresult of a direct partnership\u201d between Cordish Companies, the complex\u2019s developer, and the Rangers.
