It was the first use of a new rule by MLB to determine an All-Star game that ends in a tie after 9-innings.<\/p>\n<p>The National League jumped out to a 6-nothing lead before the American League came back to tie it in the 9th and send it into the home run swing-off\u2026<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Cal Raleigh finished the game 1-for-2, Randy Arozarena was oh-for-3 but hit a home run in the swing-off. Seattle is nearly exactly where they were a year ago and also hosted Houston following the mid-summer classic.
