Atlanta is struggling this season, sitting in fourth in the National League East with a 47-64 record and 14 games out of the final Wild Card spot. The team has just 5 wins since the All-Star break.<\/p>\n

Starting for Milwaukee is star righthander Freddy Peralta. He’s looking to bounce back from an uncharacteristically poor outing last week where he allowed 5 runs on 5 hits and 4 walks in a loss to the Cubs.<\/p>\n
Taking the bump for the Braves is lefthander Joey Wentz. This will mark his fourth start of the season. He last started on July 30 against the Royals, allowing just 1 hit over 6.2 innings. The Braves spoiled his poor performance, losing 1-0 in 10 innings.<\/p>\n
Wentz appeared in relief for the Braves against Milwaukee on June 20, when he was a member of the Twins. He allowed 4 runs on 5 hits in 1.1 innings as the Brewers stormed to a 17-6 victory.<\/p>\n
