We’ve got a slew of superstars taking the diamond on Wednesday, from MVP sluggers to unhittable aces. Games get started as early as 12:35 p.m. EST, and go all the way until 9:40 p.m. With 14 different matchups to choose from, the options are truly endless for fantasy baseball managers.

There’s plenty of ways to get in on Wednesday’s games with DraftKings MLB Pick6 fantasy baseball selections before tonight’s contests!

Drew Rasmussen less than 4.5 hits against

Tuesday was one to forget for the Rays, who coughed up nine home runs to the Yankees. Starter Shane Baz got shelled, and the bullpen wasn’t much better. Still, as the old saying goes, “momentum is the next day’s starting pitcher.” Tonight, Tampa Bay will send out Drew Rasmussen. The right-hander has enjoyed a career year, making his first career All-Star Game. Over 117.2 innings of work, the 30-year-old has posted a 2.60 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 102 strikeouts.

As good as Rasmussen has been, a date with the Bronx Bombers could prove difficult. After all, New York owns the league’s highest scoring offense. However, that’s due primarily to the team’s home run prowess. In terms of base hits per game, they only rank tenth (8.53). In five of his six career meetings with the Yankees, Rasmussen has yet to allow more than four hits. In addition, he’s allowed just 11 total baserunners during his last three games. Trust Tampa Bay’s ace tonight, even against a formidable opponent.

J.T. Ginn more than 4.5 strikeouts

Don’t look now, but the Athletics may have found a few answers on the mound. Second-half breakout Jacob Lopez is the headliner, but J.T. Ginn deserves some attention, as well. Granted, the reliever-turned-starter owns an unimpressive 5.04 ERA through 55.1 innings of work. However, that’s due primarily to pitching at Sacramento’s Sutter Health Park, a hitter’s paradise. Ginn is far more effective on the road (3.29 ERA) than at home (6.75 ERA).

A trip to spacious Target Field should do wonders for this A’s pitching staff. That’s especially true when considering how depleted the Twins are at the plate. Minnesota conducted a massive fire sale at the trade deadline, leaving the team with a dearth of reliable hitters. On the road, Ginn has put up a stellar 10.5 K/9 ratio. There’s a good chance he’s able to secure a handful of punch outs in Minneapolis on Wednesday.

Noah Cameron more than 16.5 outs

Where would the Royals be without Noah Cameron? Despite losing All-Star Cole Ragans earlier this season, Kansas City’s rotation remains one of baseball’s best. That’s due in large part to the contributions of one talented rookie pitcher. Cameron has made 17 starts, logging a 2.47 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 78 strikeouts during that time. In 11 of those appearances, he’s surrendered one run or less.

Cameron enters Wednesday on a high note, allowing just one earned run over his previous 11 innings pitched. Tonight, he’ll take on a struggling Rangers offense. Since August 1st, the team is averaging the fourth-fewest runs per game in baseball (3.82). To make matters worse, Texas owns the league’s third-lowest OPS against left-handers (.629). Kansas City’s breakout southpaw is poised for yet another terrific performance in this one.

Owen Caissie more than 0.5 hits

The Cubs certainly aren’t lacking in quality hitters this season. Regardless, more talented batters is never a bad thing. Chicago’s front office is hoping that recent call-up Owen Caissie can give the club a spark at the plate. The top prospect has been solid through his first five games, hitting .286 with a homer. The outfielder raked over 92 games in Triple-A this season, batting .289 with 22 dingers and 52 RBIs.

While Caissie has a solid track record, it’s easier to do damage against minor-league arms. Tonight’s matchup against the Brewers presents a unique challenge. Rookie hurler Jacob Misiorowski has been a force this year, notching a 3.89 ERA and 13.0 K/9 over eight starts. However, the fireballer has coughed up seven earned runs over his last 5.1 innings. In addition, he’s worse against left-handed batters (.711 OPS) compared to righties (.442 OPS). Even against a budding ace, one hit feels like a reasonable total for Caissie.

Elly De La Cruz more than 1.5 hits + runs + RBIs

By most measures, year one of the Terry Francona era has been a success for the Reds. The former championship-winning manager has led Cincinnati to a 67-60 record, one game out of a playoff spot. Leading the team at the plate and in the field is Elly De La Cruz. The shortstop has been a menace on offense, slashing .275/.349/.459 with 19 home runs, 76 RBIs and 31 steals. Coming into tonight, the 23-year-old has put together a six-game hitting streak.

Tonight, the Reds will take on the Angels and staff ace Yusei Kikuchi. The two-time All-Star is one of the league’s more underrated pitchers. However, he’s accounted for a 5.40 ERA and a ghastly 1.72 WHIP over his last five outings. That could spell trouble against Cincinnati, the league’s tenth-highest scoring offense. If the Reds manage to do damage on Wednesday, expect De La Cruz to be heavily involved.

Ryan O’Hearn more than 1.5 hits + runs + RBIs

A frenzied trade deadline saw the Padres bring in several key pieces for their World Series push. That includes former Orioles slugger Ryan O’Hearn. The first baseman has been unimpressive thus far in San Diego, hitting .200 with two homers over 14 games. Still, it’s been quite the year for the first-time All-Star. Through 108 games, he’s slashing .275/.369/.460 with 15 long balls and 50 RBIs.

Despite a mediocre start in SoCal, O’Hearn remains a threat from the left side. That’s bad news for Giants starter, Landen Roupp, expected to take the mound on Wednesday. During his most recent appearance last week, the hurler coughed up five runs in just 3.0 innings vs. Tampa Bay. He’s slightly worse against left-handed hitters (.720 OPS) than righties (.714 OPS). Considering how loaded this Padres lineup is right now, there should be several opportunities for O’Hearn to drive runners in tonight.

Pick6 is a peer-to-peer fantasy variant where you build a lineup (your “Pick Set”) of 2+ players and select whether or not you believe each will outperform their listed stat projection.
