Advance tickets for seats in a New Ulm section are available through the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce. Ticket prices range from $40 to $100 for a full package that includes the cost of a round-trip bus ride.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-game festivities begin at 5:10 p.m. at Gate 6, where New Ulm will host live polka music, photo opportunities and appearances by crowd favorites Hermann the German and The Narren. On-field highlights include an honorary first pitch thrown by Hermann the German to Brian Raabe, a New Ulm native and former Twins infielder who debuted in the major leagues in 1995.<\/p>\n<p>        Singing Hills Chorus seeking duets<\/p>\n<p>New sessions of singing practice begin soon for a chorus comprised of people who&#8217;ve been diagnosed with Alzheimer&#8217;s disease and their family members or friends.<\/p>\n<p>Singing Hills Chorus, a program of Mankato and North Mankato ACT on Alzheimer&#8217;s, will start its fall session Sept. 4.<\/p>\n<p>New &#8220;singing duets&#8221; are invited to join the chorus. No singing experience is required.
